The Joey Flexyguard has been designed with practicality in mind; because of the opportunity for it to be used within narrow doorways or wide hallways.

Easy to Adjust Extendable Bars

To decrease/increase the width of the Joey Flexyguard, simply unzip and slide along one side of the fabric to reveal the extendable metal bars. Press the quick-release buttons on both bars to adjust the width size. Then return the fabric and rezip for use.

Feet for Added Stability and Safety

Unlike other safety barriers, Joey Flexyguard comes with a set of feet to add extra stability and safety.

Operating the Flexyguard Up & Down Feature

1. Unlock Top Pressure Lock

Press the quick-release button, then twist the upper handle following the directions shown on the lock.

Note: The lower handle remains locked while operating.

2. Move Down the Joey Flexyguard to Lowest Height

Hold the middle of the extendable metal bar and push down to the lowest position.

3. Stepping Over the Joey Flexyguard

Step across the safety barrier. Take care when stepping over to avoid tripping. Children MUST NOT use the up & down function (Unless accompanied by an adult). Do not step over the barrier if not fully confident.

4. Returning Joey Flexyguard to Up Position

Hold the middle of the extendable metal bar and pull up to the highest position. Then twist the handle to lock.

ALWAYS RETURN TO UP POSITION FOR SAFETY.

Unlock Both Locks to Disengage Pressure

To remove the Joey Flexyguard out of its position. Simply press the quick-release buttons on both locks, twist both handles following the instructions shown and remove from the opening.

Removable for Storage

Once the pressure locks are disengaged, you are able to move the Joey Flexyguard to an alternative opening or simply put away for storage.
