Sassy Development Tips

At birth, baby’s sense of touch is the most developed in his or her mouth. Babies are better able to feel with their mouth than with their hands or fingers. This sensitivity to touch in the face region continues beyond age 5.

Turn rattle over in front of baby so they engage with it visually and hear the beads cascade down to the other end. Repeat until baby is engaged well with the rattle then hand the rattle to baby. Watch to see if they try to repeat your movements.
